Amanda Wagstaff grew up on a dairy farm in Red Oak, Virginia and comes from a family of makers. She studied Art and Art History at the College of William and Mary and earned an MFA in Studio Art from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has lived and worked in Charlottesville, Virginia since 2014.
